right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or – if several goods ordered by the customer as part of a single order are delivered separately – on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must inform UST of their decision to withdraw from the contract UST a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). They may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of revocation

If the customer revokes the contract, UST shall reimburse UST for all payments it has received from him, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery UST by UST ), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which UST notification of the customer's Cancellation Policy contract. UST will use UST means of payment for this repayment as the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no event will the customer be charged for this repayment.

UST refuse repayment until it has received the goods back. The customer must UST or hand over the goods to UST immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which he Cancellation Policy UST the Cancellation Policy .

Our shop can deliver to all delivery addresses within the European Union. We will ship the goods as soon as we have received your order and payment. Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Deliveries to Austria are made within 3-4 business days. Shipping to other EU countries takes 3-7 business days.
