Orders placed in our shop can be delivered to all delivery addresses within the European Union. We will ship the goods as soon as we have received your order and payment. Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item, the delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany). Deliveries to Austria are made within 3-4 business days. Shipping to other EU countries takes place within 3-7 business days.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €30.00; for orders under €30.00, shipping costs of €4.90 apply. We charge a flat rate of €14.90 for shipping to other EU countries.

delivery

Orders are delivered by DHL. Please understand that due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to offer personal pickup at our factory.
You will receive a shipping notification by email as soon as we have handed your order over to DHL. If the package does not arrive within 7 days, please first check with DHL directly or contact us via our contact form.
